What if you went to civil court for a credit card twice...Told them what you could...

Did the judge put an order in place, or was a new court date set?

I have not heard of leaving court without one or the other of those occurring.
 
...afford to pay. The attorney? for the credit card said, and I quote.."well, they may or may not contact you."...I just said...."OK"...It has been 3 months no contact. Has anyone had this issue and does the credit card company just write it off? I have heard from others they do....but I was wondering...do they really? It wasn't much money anyway. I had offered something.
Also, i had heard that they can come back on you up to 4 years and then it is dropped.
