What If the guidance & warning of Islam are proved to be correct?

What then?

Surely those who truly believe in God and His messengers would be better off even in this material life;
Better position from a health perspective
Better position spiritually
etc.

Is it worth living in disobedience to the command of God or living a life in which we just pursue our desire or instinct?
