what if roaacutane doesn't work? Iv'e tried everything else that the doctors given me and iv'e also tried natural remedies but noe of tem have done anything for me. i have severe cystic acne and have been on roaacutane for about four weeks and i'm just wandering what would need to be the next step if it doesn't work.
