If they were found to have violated U.S. laws, then by all means. Just as the Bush Crime Family should face justice for the crimes they committed the last 8 years.
Torture is illegal. It violates the laws of the United States, and the world. Do countries violate this World Court Law? Yes. Should our nation violate this law? No. All found to have done, or authorized torture to be done, in our name should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
