Anyway, she failed it because she was absent and didn't review everything. My friend Alexis offered to let her borrow her constitution book since she wasn't absent when they were going over it.
Charlotte is gonna take the test again and if she fails, she gets a third try. But what if she fails the constitution and never passes it?
