My x drew up our divorce papers and included in it he would contribute $250 a month towards my monthly utility bills for the next 7 years this was of his own choice. I have now married but it did not state that this would stop once i married. My x doesn't want to pay anymore. Can he have it amended. He claims poverty but doesn't realize I know he has purchased a house and 2 new motorcycles to go with the 4 he already had plus another car to go with the other 2 he already owns . He has a baby with his girlfriend. But she claims assistance and food stamps and medical from the state even though they live together. Where do I stand. I do not get alimony. We were married for 28 years. We reside in Arizona. How much could he have my child support reduced we have a 5 year old together. Not sure if he claims the baby as this would effect her benefits. But he does get a 20% disability from the air force which he said would reduce his
