Its a driving offence

I have no problem getting the points or paying the fine, I just havent been able to afford it, now the offers almost expired and I wont have the money within the 28 days

If I dont do anything, what happens?
Also by doing nothing have I accepted the points automatically? Do I now owe the govt £120?

Or have I rejected it?

You can't reject it I'm afraid. Yes the points are put on your license automatically. If you were going to try and contest this, you would need to have done so when you first received notice of the offense.

The police will now have a warrant for your arrest - I'm not joking this is exactly what happened to someone I know.

If you cannot pay I think they can come and take your assets (bit like bailiffs)... sorry mate, hope it all works out ok.
