I'm starting to eat less and I want to lose weight. I use myfitnesspal.com and it says in order to lose weight, I need about 1480 calories a day (and I exercise 6 days out of the week (10 miles Mon-Friday 6 miles Saturday, rest on Sunday doing bicycling at the average speed of 17-18 mph). However, since I exercise, I don't eat all the calories that's recommended. Can I still lose weight by eating LESS calories than the recommendation? With bicycling, I lose about 450-500 calories a day.
