What if I cut my palms?

I used to cut my wrists. It's been 7months and the only thing holding me back right now is not being able to hide it, since its summer, and wearing long-sleeve shirts is just unbearable. If I cut my palms, do you think people would see the cuts? And are there any major veins there, don't wanna hit that on accident.

don't cut your palm, the skin is very think there first of all, and second, there are a lot of nerve endings you don't want to damage.

I cut as well, and my first therapist sucked, i left one day and never went back. sometimes you just need to shop around for a therapist, there is nothing wrong with that, and they understand.

If you really need to cut and need to keep it hidden, try your hips, that's where i cut.
