the Romans virtually copied the gods of the Greeks but the renamed them.

Every Christian can trace their root back to the Jews. Jesus was born a Jew, bar-mitzvahed and died a Jew. Christ is the Greek word for Messiah. He had to have brothers and/or sisters. An only child in the BC times was very rare. He had to be married. Single unmarried men in Biblical times were unheard of.
