I'm trying to replace the front wheel bearings in my 1972 dodge w200 4x4 truck. The front axle is dana 44-3ef. The bearings that are on the hub don't seem to match the bearings recommended for this truck. This truck is 4x4 with manual locking hubs, 8 lugs.

outer bearing 18685
On Kimken manufacturer website this matches to W200 truck from the 1960 -1967.
So, what do I do? I can figure out the outer bearing, because i have number. How do i find out the inner bearing? I have to press it out?
