what hours does mcdonalds serve it's mcgriddles?

I suddenly have a hankering for McDonald's McGriddles & am not a morning person. Do they serve it any other time of the day (when do they serve it from/to)? Also, I heard that the buns were made in syrup or something. Is that true? And if so, are they sticky or anything? Thanks
