What hose is this on my 2005 Chrysler 300C ?

Can anyone please help me out with a actual part name with the following information provided?? It is a hose that runs from the NVLD pump to a canister?? Its supposed to be located under the gas tank?? Any suggestions? Thank you.
 
I would say it should be neatly tucked away on top of the fuel tank for protection and I'd assume it for the charcoal evaporitive casister.
 
I don't know what NVLD is but I will take a stab at this. I will say it has to do with an evaporative emission device.

That's the best I can do with this info.
