Man and wife are living in a house and It is possessing them with hallucinations. At one point the man opens the front door to his house and see's a strange Jim Henson style looking creature, he blasts it with gun. Turns out its a regular woman and he was hallucinating.
It looked as though it was made in the 80's to early 90's.
