What high end gpu would you suggest for my gaming rig?

System Specs:

cpu: Amd phenom II x4 965 (oc'ed to 4 ghz and 1.5v)
mobo: asus m4a78 pro
ram: kingston hyperx speed pc-8500 8gig
psu: corsair 750w
cooling: cpu maxes out at 47c overall temp is pretty low
HAF 922 mid tower with 3x200mm and 1x120mm fans

please tell if you need any other info
