This is what I eat most days, about a hand full of lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 3-4 medium sized mushrooms, a little bit of onion, some cucumber(like a quarter of a cucumber), a little bit of capsicum, 1 banana, 1 mango, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 kiwi fruit. Is this good nutrition?
I forgot, I also eat almonds some days, like 6-8 almonds.
