What kind of scars? Red browish spots or pitted scars? If they are just red spots, Alpha Hydrox 12% AHA Souffle has helped me a lot. If they are pitted scars, I've had wonderful results with Silkia camellia oil and Epidermx microdermabrasion. They almost 100% healed my pitted scars (about 2mm deep). The only thing is they aren't a quick fix. I had results only after a year. If your scars are less deep, you might see results sooner.
