What have vodafone uk been like recently?

o2 aren't bad although i have been considering changing as they sent me to their debt collections even though i told one of their managers my situation i have to pay them 50.00 before the 21st june i have been researching the sim only deals and some of them aren't bad although i would avoid 3 if i was you i had trouble with vodafone and i didn't like them so i went to orange not bad although their signal dropped calls on me so i cancelled the contract i may go back to them if i can get an anytime any Network deal check out the other networks before you make any decisions
 
I am switching to vodafone from o2 soon , my opinion of o2 in the past month has falled due to the persistent crap service ive been getting from them, and also the tariff im on is rubbish and the new tariffs are even worse. I am moving from o2 simplicity (pay monthly) to a vodafone sim only (pay monthly) as i have a Nokia X6 and love it and im waiting on the Nokia N8 coming out.

I was with vodafone from 2000 - 2005 then i moved to orange in 2005 until 2009 from Orange to o2. now back to Vodafone. So what have vodafone been like for the past 5 years?
