I keep seeing advertisements on buses, billboards...... everywhere for stuff like yoga / dancing/something classes and stuff that some gyms sometimes hold. WTF?!?!
Yoga?Dancing? Since when did this become exercise?? What happened to the sweat-pouring, muscle straining real STRENGTH exercises?? Running, swimming, rowing, football, rugby, basketball, weight-lifting........... These sports either include a show of great stamina, skill and tactics(running, swiming, rowing), and some of them also include 2 bodies of solid muscle charging headlong into each other (football, rugy...) . Even with weight-lifting/body-building you end up with people with huge arms and chests and legs... All these sports require alot of training which is often very painful. But what greater thrill is there than to feel your adrenalin coursing through your body while you force your muscles to the extreme?? Im no pro but I love sports- I love watching it and i love doing it. I love the pain and the endorphin/adrenalin "high" feeling after u pull through.

So where did this "walking for fitness", yoga and all that crap come from??? walking?? why not run?? Yoga --> how is that different from stretching warmups? Is that even a sport??

What is happening to sports these days?? Or are people just too whimpy to actually take the pain>?>?
