Hi
I own two companies one sole trader and the second a limited company,
i have lived with my partner ( not married) for 6 years and we have a small child together. since having our child he has become almost a child him self , he has never changed our child fed him bathed him or got up with him in the night or anything a normal dad would do hence he wanted a child, he was never unplanned I can almost say he has become emotionally abusive towards me and as my son grows up i don't want him to feel this as well.
What im asking here is what happens with my companies f i leave y partner is he entitled to half or is there something i can do to stop this as he has a good well paid job himself and has never helped me with my Business i even had to go back to work when my son was 6 weeks old lucky for me i have a fantastic family who help me out with child care.
any help on this would be great.
