it in the system? I got a ticket on 7/27/09 for going 100 mph in Vacaville CA and was given a court date. I live in San Francisco and when I showed up for court in Fairfield on 9/9/09 they said my ticket wasn't in the system yet. I got a paper signed that said I appeared in court and was told to call back in a couple of days. My question is where does it go from here? They made a copy of my ticket but doesn't the officer have to file the Original paper work for ticket to be in the system and if he doesn't shouldn't the ticket be dropped. Is there a time frame that the cop has to submit the ticket? I wasted my time going to court and don't want to go again if they can't find the Original paper work.
