What happens when, you have a no roof car, like a jeep, and it rains?

Im talking about, when there isn't a hidden moveable roof. What happens if it rains. All the cushions get wet, and the floor is flooded..? Im specifically looking at the jeep hurricane. How does it adapt to rain?
If it rains, while your driving.

And again, ill specifically looking at the jeep hurricane.
How about the electronics in this car?
 
You keep on driving. The jeep manufacturers designed the Jeep specifically looking at all weather conditions.
 
The inside of my Jeep Wrangler and my CJ has gotten rained on plenty of times and I have never had problems with my electronics.
