What happens when you go to the bathroom and eat at the same time?

I've been watching and in Futurama, the human version of Bender said he was going to eat nachos and go to the bathroom at the same time. When they stopped him, they looked very worried.

So what happens when you go to the bathroom and eat at the same time.
