vitamins? (Please help!)? Well I just kinda realized how stupid it was of me to eat a WHOLE bottle of gummy vitamins. They were really good, tasted just like candy, and I figured since it's children vitamins I'll be fine. I looked on the back of the bottle and this is the vitamins in it: vitamin A, C, D, E, B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Iodine, and Zinc. The recommended dose is 2 a day, but I had the whole bottle (60 gummies) and I'm 15 years old..Am I going to be okay?!
