I have court coming up for theft of $4200. I am pleading guilty and in my state anything of $500 is a felony so I know I will be doing some time.
When at the jail how long do you stay there before they transfer you to a prison?
how do they determined which prison you go to?
How do they search a person? ( I am very nervous about this and would like to know)
who does the search the officers or do they have someone special for this?
