I was arrested over a year ago for making an illegal purchase. It was a first time misdemeanor. I went to my townships court and there i was informed that my case was being moved to Superior Court. Like i said it has been over a year since being notified about this. I also haven't heard anything from my lawyer about it besides that the court system may have lost the case in the system. i was wondering what exactly does this mean being im trying to go back to my job and maybe if I can just have the charges dropped from it talking so long. I know i should contact my lawyer but to be truthfully honest I really dont want to deal with the issue and i just want some other idea about what could be going on.
