My boyfriend said his phone got shut off today as a result of him not paying his bill on time so he said he wouldn't be able to call me until he gets it turned back on. Since I felt that what he had said was slightly suspicious, I decided to call him on private and see if the phone rang through. Just as I thought he would, he answered. I asked him why he lied to me and he claimed he didn't lie. He said that he really couldn't make calls because they went straight to T-Mobile, but he hadn't realized he could still receive calls. So my question is when T-Mobile shuts down their service due to non-payment does it shut off for incoming and outgoing calls all at once or does it first just shut down the outgoing calls? Thanks for any help on this.
