What happens when my pizza delivery doesn't arrive and it's closed?

I ordered my pizza near the closing hours. I unfortunately paid by credit card. After an hour and a half, the store is already closed and the pizza hasn't arrived.
I see the transaction on my bank account.

How can I prove that the pizza didn't arrive so I can get the money back?
 
They have to prove they were right. If a driver left with an order...then he/she had to bring the money back. They can't close the till without all of the receipts.
 
Don't be a jerk, call them first and explain the problem, that should do it, nothing is gained by getting them angry, and when they deliver yer pizza, don't give a tip, and find another pizza guy, there everywhere!
 
you wait for the manager to get back to th shop in the morning. Get your friends to come,

Grab him take him out back and punish him with...

BUKKAKEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!
 
There's probably no way to prove it, but I bet going down to the pizza place and making a spectacle would at least get you free pizza so you're not really out the money. Managers will do almost anything to avoid a "scene".
 
well you tell them to give your money back explain what happened and they should have records of delivery and also your the customer just demand your money.
 
call them up and colain and then bring some proof from ur bank that they took the money.. im sure they wont have you take them to court over a pizza.. they should give you some gift for compensation along with your order.
 
your word is enough, they the ones who need to proove it did arrive, dont be the vicitm go get your pizza and another one for inconvienience
