No this hasnt happened to me so dont start saying dumb things guys/...im just curious as to what happens when this scenario happens...
Cop pulls over a legit business man for speeding..
Officer ends up giving a ticket and searching the car ILLEGALY (no permission nor warrant)
Guy goes to jail regardless until his lawyer gets the case dismissed only because he searched the car illegaly.
So what now happens to the 10 kilos of cocaine that the cops now have? Do they give it back? Probably not...but what happens to them? What do the cops do with the 10 kilos at this point?
confiscate it? Burn it?
