What happens when 2 "brand new Blackberry bold 9000" when you use the new updates from

Blackberry? I have gone through 2 phones in one month, used these same updates from Blackberry and my phone keeps restarting and freezing and not turning it on. My first phone died on me in January (got the phone July 2009), 2nd phone lasted 3 weeks and this phone now 48 hours....HELP! What do I do? The store where I got the phone from keeps sending the phone back and I get a "replacement" phone.
