What happens to my orders if I can't leave this duty station until I pass a pt test?

My orders say I am supposed to proceed around 01 Oct 2009 but I am unable to take my pt test until 15 Oct 2009. My orders say my report date is 25 Oct 2009. My last record pt test was last April before I got pregnant with my daughter. I can't leave until after I pass that. Will my orders change???
I tryed to move my pt test to an earlier date but they said I had to wait until my post partum phase has passed, which 15 Oct is the earliest. My chain of command doesn't know if my orders will change or the report date will be extended? Looking to see if this has happened to anyone else.
I have already spoken with my chain of command and they are not sure about what is going to happen!
I am asking out to see if this has happened to anyone else, ok. If you don't know you don't need to put a f**king response down!
 
Uhm wow...You seriously need to start talking to your chain of command and tell them what's going on!! Why are you asking Civilians! Go talk to the people who can actually change your orders or make sure you get an earlier PT test...

Don't just sit around waiting for shit to hit the fan!!!
 
so you would rather ask strangers and teenagers on yahoo answers instead of your command.

go ask your command they are the only ones you should asking period
