I let my bf drive my car and he got pulled over and his friends had a gun so they impounded my car. I got it out the next day. 2 months later a "friend" took my car without my permission and he had a gun. Now its impounded again. Can I still get my car out since its the 2nd time?? I've heard that the 2nd time they take it forever, then I had different ppl saying that's not true..? So I'm wondering if I can still get it or is it gone forever. 
If its not gone forever would the impound fees be higher?? I live in mid-Michigan, by the way.
