I live in England and we have the NHS so all our medical treatment is free. I'm curious as to what would happen in a country like America if a person got injured but didn't have health insurance or couldn't pay the hospital bills? And is the outcome the same if the person is a child???
For example if a child gets cancer and the family has no health insurance and cannot pay the hospital bills, is the child just left to die?
