So I have a video that includes one part where there is copyrighted music. Many people avoid their videos being taken down by submitting a false copyright dispute. My friend has done it once and his video wasn't blocked anymore. But what if youtube finds out that it is fake? Would they charge you for the copyright fee (which is like $250,000...for movies at least) and take you to court or what?
