I mean, is there any kind of risk if you stop pedaling a 'fixed gear'?
Do you loose equilibrium or something like that?
What's the best way to stop that kind of bikes?
Thank you all Bike people!

its kind of impossible but if you have I low enough gear you could go over the bars.
The best way to stop is with a front brake

You can't stop pedaling a fixed gear bike. If the wheel is moving the pedals are moving. Most people that don't use brakes have to lock up the rear wheel to stop. I would get a single speed bike with a flip flop hub and brakes and get use that first. One side will have a freewheel and the other a fixed cog.
