What exactly happens if you overdose and sadly get brought to th ehospital and have to drink their charcoal. Since it's an overdose, I highly doubt they would give someone an injection to knock them out, and they can't make you drink it. So even if they restrain you, they probably want to keep you awake because of the OD.. so yeah, what happens if you refuse to drink the charcoal ?
