Ok so im reading Salem's Lot (which i highly recommend) and i was wondering if you kill the head vampire would the ones that the vampire had bit come back to life and all or just be dead. Or would you have to stab the stake through every single last vampire. This is the first vampire book i have ever read and it is great.
