my sister in law went to PA to visit her family-they live in TX. She has decided not to come back with the kids and has filed charges on my brother for abuse. he cannot afford a lawyer or even to go to PA to defend hisself. what happens if he doesnt show up for the court date? there was no subpeona. she just wants to stay in PA with the kids & has made all this up.
