L Louis G New member Jan 30, 2011 #1 I had a hip operation in mid november of last year (2010). I have just gone and had a a x-ray (2 months after operation) and it is showing signs of dead bone. I am going for a bone scan this week. What will happen if they do find dead bone?? thanks
