What happens if I give my name, address, and phone number to an internet scammer...

...selling a car on autotrader? I got involved with a private seller on AutoTrader and was getting close to a deal when they started talking about some YahooFinance thing. I was a little leery, but they explained it in email and we even chatted about it. Then she insisted that to get the deal going I give her my name and address, I had given my cell # in a prior email in hope of talking on the phone.

I searched for this type of scam and found a ton of reported scams almost identical to this. What should I do? Am I safe? I haven't sent any money anywhere, signed or seen any paperwork?

I'm worried.
