I know that bike riders and pedestrian has right of way and all. But what if car is at a stop then turns left, and all sudden a biker runs into you when you already stopped ? Didn't see each other, what might happen in court if you say that if she didn't see you or you don't see them? - Now get a bill to pay for "damages" and medical, (this was a year ago) when bike looked fine she said she was fine, and rides away? Charges you a little over $700 for bike and medical a year later? Should this be settled together or should she take you to court? What if she charges for court fee? So many questions. But a bit upset about all this! Can't afford to pay that much! But willing to help a little!
