I let my friend drive my car and he got into an accident. There is minor damage done to the bumper of the other car, mine is fine. He has no insurance. Is my insurance company going to have pay for it? Are they going to drop me for letting someone drive my car even though they didn't have insurance? I had no idea until after he got into the accident. Should I say that I was driving the vehicle or tell the truth and say that he was driving it?
