I know a friend who moved here from Iowa in 4th grade. In Iowa he went to school. But when he came here his parents never enrolled him in school and "homeschooled hime". But they haven't actually registered him in any education programs or taught him anything. My question is:
1.) What happens to the parents? Will Socail services take them to jail?
2.)If he doesn't have even an elementary school diploma is he eligable for a GED?
