Are you asking if the lawyer is involved professionally, or is he the one doing the harassing?
It's common place for a company or business to have legal representation regarding such matters and if it's a lawyer who is guilty of sexual harassment he certainly isn't above the law.
I'm a bit confused by your question I guess.
Either way, if I felt I had a legitimate complaint of sexual harassment I certainly wouldn't let that deter me.
