I was pulled over for running a yellow light. I honestly do not believe that i had enough time to stop before it turned red. So at court i pled not guilty. Which I have never done before. They set it for pretrial it is a small town. I dont know what to expect in court. Do i get a lawyer or what. I would have paid the fine it is $134. Then my insurance would have gone up plz help.
