I haven't been diagnosed with anything but I have really bad anxiety, mood swings, paranoia and anger issues.
I was referred to see a counselor by my GP but I didn't go.
Since then, my problem has worsened and I now have to see a psychiatric nurse (I think) for an assessment.
I was just wondering what I'll be asked and if there are any forms I have to fill in.
Before I was referred to a counselor, I was asked really awkward questions regarding my childhood.
The thing is, my dad disowned me for "breaking him and my mum up" and has a bit of a drink/violence problem and my grandad touched me inappropriately on several occasions. I'm scared that if I mention anything about them, I'll be branded the "fragile, troubled girl".
Can I choose not to tell them about that stuff?
