**Spoilers ahead**
In the comic Angel - After the fall, when everything is reverted back to normal and Angel is alive again, it shows Wesley walking away telling Spike to take care of Illyria. What happens to Wesley after this? Where does he go? Did he finally disappear into heaven or did he simply go back to Wolfram & Hart to keep doing his neverending contract job as a liaison to the senior partners?
From what I gather, he's definitely not with Fred in an afterlife since the show itself specifically says that her soul was destroyed when Illyria was being reborn.
