He demanded clarification that Obama was a legitimate Commander in Chief, and he demanded proof that Obama was born in America. The Major also hired an attorney, and suddenly, the U.S. Army rescinded the orders. Major Cook's attorney issued the following statement: "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama.
