What happened to NFL interactive?

First year with Sunday Ticket and I was looking forward to see what Interactive provided. It has shown in my guide for the last few weeks and right into the first games.It never did show anything but it did show in the guide. Now, it is nowhere to be found!! Monday a.m. I will waste half hour talking to a CSR now.
 
It finally started working close to halftime of morning games.It expieriences problems all the time.Rarely is Bell TV flawless when it comes to the NFL Sunday Ticket each week.Always something screwed up!

I accesed it through the itv button on the remote as it did not work through channel 450.
 
I also noticed that channel 450 just gave me a black screen and nothing loaded. A few hours later it was gone from the guide completely.
 
I think part of it must have had to do with the fact that they were overloaded yesterday with all the sports coverage. Between NFLST and NASCAR, BEV decided not to air at least 3 or 4 MLBEI games that did have U.S.A. coverage. Just one of those days...
 
any updates on this?

i had the same black screen issue in week one (before it disappeared) i called in today and they said the added it, how it was an error on their part but it still hasnt showed.

i did not try the iTV trick, has it worked for all of you?
 
Called in again this week, and after resetting my switch (20min) the rep was out of ideas and i asked him to check if there was a trouble ticket opened.

turns out yes, and no expected time of resolution.

the interactive (TVi) didnt allow for the NFLi channel either...
 
I have to reboot my receiver when i tried to use NFL Interactive. I can get sound from it but it makes the picture go black on my 9200. Even if I tried to go another channel or the guide the screen stays black.
