Bought a go phone in November. Had $50.00 worth of air time. I bought a plan for $20.00 had Balance of $30.00 I didn't use the phone for a month and a half.
Now I wanted to buy another plan with the rest of my air time, and ATT says my phone was deactivated and I have to purchase another sim card for $25.00 to use my phone again!
WTF I had money left, how can they deactivate my phone.
I guess a go phone is not a phone to use as needed! Any advise would be nice.
